
Vegan burgers, sautéd veggies and a fresh, green salad.
Vegan burgers: Put in a blender a can of black beans, drained, a cup of boiled green lentils, 1-2 onions, 3-4 garlic cloves, a handful of chia seeds, a handful of oatmeal, salt, pepper, lemon zest, cumin, dry coriander, one fresh chili pepper and bunch of fresh parsley.
Give it all a few good pulses and refrigerate overnight.
Form patties and either bake in oven or fry in olive oil.
